Who wore it best

Natalie Portman or Kim Kardashian:

Of course I would have to say Kim Kardashian wore it best. She looks amazing in almost anything.

Lindsay Lohan or Miley Cyrus:

I would have to say Miley Cyrus. Her style is sometimes laid back and she always does a great job dressing up the look.  

Jessica Stroup, Sarah Jessica Parker or Selena Gomez:

I would say Jessica Stroup wore it best. It's simple but yet cute and casual. The other outfits were a tad bit too much and didn't look flattering at all.
